Answer

Resetting the tire pressure warning light on your Mini is a very simple process. In fact, there is no need for diagnostic tools but can be performed via the car's on-board computer. First you need to turn on the instrument panel and repeatedly press the "BC" button on the arrow selector to scroll through the various settings until you reach the "SET / INFO" item. Once the "SET / INFO" item has been reached on the rev counter display, press and hold the "BC" key until "CHECK / INFO" appears. At this point it will be necessary to press the "BC" key again and keep it pressed until the message "SERVICE / INFO" appears. Now it will be sufficient to press the "BC" key up to the "RESET" item and keep it pressed until the confirmation visa appears next to the word "RESET".
