If the Fiat 500 radiator coolant cap does not open, you are most likely experiencing extreme fluid pressure in the radiator. It is advisable to wait a few minutes in order to lower the internal pressure. If the radiator has not opened in a long time, the gasket has probably corroded and you need to have a new cap to replace it.
