How to replace the coolant in a Fiat 500? Learn the procedure for replacing the radiator fluid. Lift the front bonnet of the engine, unscrew the cap of the coolant reservoir. Disconnect the radiator hose at the bottom using a socket wrench: unscrew the circulation pipe screws. Once the hoses are removed, let the rusty fluid drain into a container. Reconnect the previously removed hoses, and screw in the securing bolts of the radiator's metal clamps in the engine bay. Fill the cooling system with the new fluid recommended by the manufacturer.
