Let’s see how to remove the radiator from a 1997 Fiat 500, second series, by following these simple and essential instructions. Open the engine bonnet of the car and first drain the coolant from the system; then, from the bottom of the car, remove the radiator fluid connection hose. At this point, remove all the upper fixing screws and disconnect the electrical connector; remove the screws from the lower plastic panel under the engine and disconnect the fan connector: then remove the radiator from below.
