How to replace the thermostat of the Mercedes B-Class

Today we will see the main steps on how to disassemble and replace the thermostat of the Mercedes Class B with a diesel engine. First of all, we open the hood of the car and start disassembling and removing the control unit located at the top right, unscrewing the screws and disconnecting the wiring; then we unscrew the thermostat screws, disconnecting the coolant pipe, as shown in the video. At this point, we install the new thermostat and proceed with topping up the new engine coolant, filling up to the maximum level mark on the tank.
