How to Replace the Radiator in a Fiat 500?

In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the radiator in a Fiat 500. This is a simple operation but requires good manual skills. Before proceeding, ensure that the engine is completely cold and lift the front of the vehicle. Start by undoing the bolts securing the bumper located inside the wheel arches, then open the bonnet and remove the bolts on the upper edge of the grille. Continue by unscrewing the additional lower screws, detach the bumper from the chassis, and disconnect the various radiator pipes. At this point, remove the fixing screws for both the radiator and the fan, disconnect the various connectors, and follow the reverse procedure to fit the replacement.
