How to replace the third brake light on the Fiat 500L

Today we will explain how to replace the third brake light of the Fiat 500L. To carry out this operation we will need a spatula or a cutter and a 10mm ratchet wrench. We start the replacement by opening the trunk and unscrewing the two nuts with the 10mm ratchet wrench.

After removing and carefully storing the nuts, we close the trunk and using a plastic cutter we remove the third brake light from its seat. Disconnect the light connector and the windshield wiper water passage tube.

Insert the water passage tube into the new light and connect the connector. Insert the light into its housing and tighten the two nuts.
