Answer

The most frequent reason why the warning light stays on despite having actually topped up the liquid - apart from a fault in the control unit, which can always happen - is that the AdBlue is not of good quality. Unfortunately, there are cheap ones out there that are of bad quality, not pure ones that do more damage than anything else. The control systems of the cars are such that they do not recognize urea if it does not have a certain degree of purity, so even if the tank is full to the brim it is always in reserve for them. Pay close attention to the liquid you put in your tank, do not trust the one that is too cheap.
