Answer

The Lancia Ypsilon time can be changed from the on-board computer menu which can be accessed by pressing the "set" button on the instrument panel. With the adjustment keys of the lights we navigate through the items until we reach the one that says "adjust now", select it with the set button and use the previous keys to adjust it. Then set again to confirm.
