To replace the gear knob on the Peugeot 207, the first thing to do is to disengage the base of the gaiter, then lift it completely and cut the clamp that holds it to the knob. Once this is done, we grab the latter and pull it forcefully upwards, rotating it in both directions at the same time. Once extracted, first reinsert the cap, then the spare knob and fix them together with a new clamp.
