According to the European directive 98/69 CE, all car manufacturers are obliged to insert, in the instrument panel, a warning light (MIL: Malfunction Indicator Lamp) that indicates the malfunction of the anti-pollution systems used on them. In the case of the Opel Antara, this warning light is located at the bottom right of the instrument panel, outside the odometer, practically above the reset button for partial kilometers.
