Here’s how to reset the Service light on the Opel/Vauxhall Vivaro: first, get in the vehicle and close all the doors; also engage the handbrake. Then, turn on the ignition without starting the engine; press and hold the accelerator pedal fully.

At the same time, press the brake pedal three times, also fully. This should reset the service request message.

Now, turn off the ignition and then turn it back on to check that the light has indeed gone out.
