If cold air does not arrive at all, there may be a lack of coolant in the circuit. Or the compressor no longer works as it should. But the problem could also lie in the evaporator, or in the air exchanger or in a faulty valve. If, on the other hand, only fresh air arrives, and not even much, then it is a problem with the air valves. It could be that the vents are dirty, or it could be a problem with the fan.
