Answer

Between 2019 and 2022, the Toyota Proace was subject to three recall campaigns. The first concerned the auxiliary battery terminal which could be faulty, and could cause the power steering to fail. The second concerned the underbody cover, which did not prevent the accumulation of flammable materials under the engine, increasing the risk of fire. The last one concerned a faulty software in the traction battery control unit, which could lead to a false detection of the voltage in the cells of the temperature in the battery: this could lead to an interruption of the engine power by the safety system of the battery, resulting in loss of traction system.
