Answer

The batteries of the Mercedes Benz CLS Mk1 are in two different areas of the vehicle. In fact, the main battery is positioned on the right-hand side of the luggage compartment, protected by the compartment's lower panel. The auxiliary battery is located in the engine compartment, below the engine air filter box.
