Why is the engine light on on a Mercedes CLS?

Answer

The engine light may come on for a variety of reasons. Most commonly it turns on because its fuse has blown. To check this, we will have to check inside the fuse box. To remove the blown fuse, simply remove it from its seat. To then reassemble the new fuse we will have to follow the previous step in reverse. By doing so, the light will go out.
