How does the air conditioning of the Fiat Punto work?

The air conditioning controls of the Fiat Punto consist of three knobs: the first on the left allows you to adjust the temperature. The blue bars indicate cold air, the red ones indicate hot air. The central knob allows you to change the power of the fan, and the last knob directs the air flow.
