Why does the power steering of the Fiat Punto fail?

A frequent fault is the malfunction of the power steering, and therefore of the power steering, in fact the Cyty warning light comes on and the steering hardens. This can be caused by the steering control relays, mounted on the power steering electronic board, or by interrupted soldering of the same board. Very rarely it could be due to the low car battery.
