To replace the oil sump on the Aprilia Tuono V4 1100RR, remove the plastic cover from the right side of the bike. Once this is removed, you can access the underside of the exhaust, which also needs to be removed. After loosening the bolts, remove the exhaust and consequently the intake manifold. This will allow you to unscrew all the screws securing the oil sump and remove it completely, replacing it with a new spare part. Finally, refit all the parts removed earlier.
