To replace the exhaust on the Aprilia Tuono V4 1100RR, loosen the bolts that secure the exhaust end can to the respective supports, located at the bottom and top of the exhaust. Once the securing bolts are loosened, you can widen the clamp that connects the exhaust to the remaining part of the exhaust system.

When this is also widened, you can remove the exhaust end can from its seat to replace it with a new one. Ensure the new one is correctly installed and check that everything is functioning.
