To replace the air filter on a Sym VF3I, open the underseat compartment to access the screws and disconnect the battery connectors. The battery will then need to be removed from its housing, allowing access to the components underneath. Here, you will find the filter box cover, which should be removed by unscrewing the fastening screws. Once the old filter is removed, insert the new one into its place and secure the cover with the screws. Then, reinstall the battery and close the underseat compartment.
