To replace the exhaust on an Aprilia Tuono V4 1100RR, loosen the bolts securing the exhaust to its respective mounts, located at the bottom and top of the exhaust. Once the mounting bolts are removed, expand the ring that connects the exhaust to the remaining part of the exhaust system.

When the ring is expanded, you can remove the exhaust terminal from its housing for replacement with a new one. Ensure the new one is installed correctly and that everything functions properly.
