How to replace the spark plug of the KTM Duke 390

In this short and simple guide, we will see the instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace the spark plug of the KTM Duke 390 motorcycle engine. First of all, we put our motorcycle on the stand and start by removing the spark plug connector, which we find on the top part of the cylinder head; then we use a socket wrench with an extension to unscrew and remove the spark plug, as shown in the video. At this point, we proceed to install the new spark plug, of the correct type and with the same thread; we screw it in by hand and then tighten it with a wrench, following the instructions in the owner's manual!

First of all, make sure that the engine is cool enough, then place a container under the scooter, locate the drain hole cap and unscrew it using a 24mm socket wrench. Let all the oil in the system drain out, remove the secondary filter and clean it from any dirt residue. At this point, all that remains is to unscrew the main filter, tighten the replacement, reassemble everything and pour in the new oil through the appropriate hole.
