Key coding of the Audi A3 remote control with the key inserted in the ignition.

Model: Audi A3 8V, MK 3 - Years 2012-2019
Part: Key

In this video we see how it is possible to code the buttons of the remote control of an Audi A3, so that - contrary to the norm - they can function as the trunk opening and closing even with the key inserted in the ignition. It is an operation that we will have to do from the VDCS, on the control unit number 09, we enter the security code which is 31347, then we go to adaptation, we look for the voice "ZV ALLGEMEIN", then we select the third voice which is "furk bei klemme 15 ein". We move the functionality from "inactive" to "active". We confirm by holding it down for more than two seconds, and the adaptation is accepted. We exit and the coding is done. If we now put the key in the ignition and press the central button for the trunk opening, it will open.
