You can change the engine oil on the BMW F 850 GS by undoing the drain plug located at the central lower part of the vehicle. Once this plug is removed, allow all the used oil to drain into the container placed underneath. Next, remove the oil filter from its housing; this will allow you to insert the new filter and proceed with refilling. Pour the necessary amount of oil through the breather located on the left side of the bike, at the central lower part.
