Removing Front Seat with Electric Adjustment

Model: BMW Serie 5 E39 - Years 1995-2003

Before proceeding with the removal, use the electric adjustment controls to move the seat all the way up, then all the way back (to access the front bolts), and then forward (to access the rear bolts). At this point, remove the plastic covers from the tracks to access the seat mounting bolts to the vehicle frame and unscrew them (first the front ones, then the rear ones). Finally, disconnect the electric connectors and the seatbelt, and extract the seat from the cabin, keeping in mind that it is quite heavy.
