Let's see how to remove the side wing mirror on a Citroen C4 Picasso: first, remove the lens of the indicator by inserting a flat screwdriver into the lower slot and gently prying to unclip it, then disconnect the electrical connector. Next, remove the upper trim (which is not the main cover) that is secured with a clip. Pry at the side edge to remove the glass. If the mirror is heated, there will be electrical wires attached behind that you will need to disconnect. Now separate the main cover, which is made of two pieces. Remove any sensors. The internal mechanism remains fixed to the base, held by clips or screws depending on the position; remove these to completely separate the mirror assembly from the support.
