The engine oil drain hole of this scooter is obviously located in the lower part of the same but not in the central position, but laterally, to the left of the same. Unscrew the bolt that acts as a cap to this drain, not before having warmed up the engine for a few minutes. While collecting the used oil in a tray, unscrew the oil filter and replace it with the new one (before inserting it, lubricate the o-r to avoid instant breakages). Be careful because even when you take out the filter some oil will necessarily come out. 10W-40 synthetic oil is recommended to be loaded from the filling hole.

How to change the gearbox oil of the Piaggio Vespa Px 125 - Lml Star 125

Today we will see, in this short and simple guide, how to replace the transmission oil of the Piaggio Vespa Px 125, but also of the Lml Star 125 2-stroke. First of all we put the central stand and we start to unscrew the oil vent bolt of the transmission, which we find on the right side casing; to do this we use a 10 mm socket wrench, letting the oil drain in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the filler screw, in order to let the oil flow more quickly; then we finally top up, following the video to the end!
