How to Replace the Clutch on a Ford Fiesta

Before you can start, raise the front of your Ford Fiesta and remove the front wheels. Begin by removing the front half-shafts by unscrewing the respective fixing bolts.

Next, remove the exhaust manifold. Proceed to remove the gearbox by unscrewing the fixing bolts and disconnecting the various electrical connectors and hoses.

This will give you access to the clutch. At this point, disengage and remove the clutch from its housing, completing the disassembly.

To fit the new clutch and reassemble everything, simply follow these steps in reverse, and you will have completed the replacement.
