In order to open the fuel door of the Hyundai Tucson when it is stuck, you need to open the rear hatch so that you can access the inside of the trunk: on the side corresponding to the fuel door, you will find a panel at the base that needs to be detached.

Under this panel, there will be a string that needs to be pulled repeatedly: this action will unlock the fuel door lock, causing it to open.

Finally, you can close the fuel door again by locking it.
