The replacement of the exhaust pipe of the Kawasaki Vulcan 900 can be carried out by loosening the screws that fix the exhaust terminal to its housing: the latter will be located on the right side of the motorcycle, near the rear wheel. Once the fixing screws have been loosened, it will be possible to proceed by widening the connecting clamp located between the exhaust pipe and the collector; in this way it will be possible to insert the new replacement piece, fixing and connecting it. After installation, it will be possible to verify that everything works correctly.

How to Remove the Final Drive from a BMW R 1200 GS?
