The digital instrument cluster of the Kawasaki Z650 is fully customisable. To set the clock, press the right button until the time appears. Hold the left button to access the edit mode: the right button selects hours/minutes, and the left modifies the values. To switch between 12/24h format, hold the right button. To change the rev counter style, hold both buttons until the display oscillates. The right button scrolls through the modes (standard, tail, full). The shift limit is set by holding the left button until it flashes; the right button adjusts the threshold (from 5,000 to 10,000 rpm, in increments of 500). The units of measurement (consumption mpg, speed mph) can be changed from the main menu: press the left button until the total odometer appears, hold it, and use the right button to change the units.
