Replacing the Gear Gaiter on a Kia Picanto

Want to remove the gear gaiter on a Kia Picanto? Let’s go through the disassembly of the parts above the centre tunnel. Unscrew the gear knob from the gear lever, then detach the gaiter frame from the centre tunnel. Remove the leather gaiter from the gear lever. Insert the new gaiter onto the gear lever: secure the clips above the centre tunnel. Screw the knob onto the thread on the gear lever until fully tightened. Test the fitting of the parts mounted on the gear lever. Fit parts of the same shape and type.
