To replace the third brake light bulb on a Kia Sorento, open the tailgate to access the screws securing the upper internal panel. Once these screws are removed, you can take off the panel and access the light unit beneath it, which contains the bulb. By disconnecting and opening this light unit, you can extract the bulb inside and replace it with a new one. After the replacement, reattach and reconnect the light unit, then reinstall the internal panel of the tailgate.
