To be able to replace the outside rear-view mirror of the Kia Picanto you have to pry to be able to detach the triangular plastic cover located inside the door, in correspondence with the mirror. Once this has been detached, it will be possible to identify the screws underneath, which must all be loosened; once the screws have been unscrewed, the mirror can be completely removed from the outside of the door, positioning the new spare part. The latter must be fixed with the corresponding screws, then covering everything with the triangular plastic cover.
