To replace the fuel pump on the Opel Meriva, start by loosening the screws that secure the rear seat bench, allowing it to be removed from its position. Once detached, locate the cover of the pump by removing it as well. At this point, proceed by loosening the screws that hold the pump in place, and disconnect all connectors present on its upper part; the new part can now be inserted in place of the old one, remounting all the components you just removed.
