How to replace the thermal group of the Lml Star 125

In this video tutorial we will see how to disassemble the cylinder head, the cylinder and the piston, of the Lml Star 125, but also of the Piaggio Vespa PX 125. It is possible to carry out this procedure even with the engine mounted on the body; so let's start by unscrewing the head fixing nuts, using a socket wrench with extension, as shown in the video. Now let's go and spin the cylinder, pulling it upwards; then we remove the piston stop to remove the pin, pulling out the piston. Now we can replace the thermal unit with the new one!

Replacing the pinion of the Beta RR 125

In this video tutorial we will see how to disassemble and replace the transmission pinion of the Beta RR 125 enduro bike, in simple and quick steps. First of all, let's unscrew the pinion cover screw, so that we can access it; then we unscrew the two pinion fixing screws, first loosening our chain (unscrewing the adjuster nut found on the rear swingarm), as shown in the video. At this point we replace the pinion with the new one, having the same toothing; then we reassemble our transmission, applying the reverse procedure!
