Where is and how to reach the fuse box of a Mercedes Class A?

The fuse box of a Mercedes Class A is located on the left side of the dashboard, next to the driver's door. To access it, start by opening the door and looking for a small cover that protects the access to the fuses. This cover is usually snap-on and can be easily removed with your hands, without the need for additional tools. Once the cover is removed, you will have a clear view of the fuse box. Inside, the fuses are neatly arranged, each with a specific function, which can vary from lighting components to infotainment systems. It is always advisable to consult the car manual to exactly locate which fuse to check or replace. If you need to replace a fuse, make sure to use one of the same capacity to avoid electrical problems. After completing your operation, put the cover back in place and close the door.
