How do you use the adaptive cruise control on the Mercedes E450?

Let's see how cruise control is used in the Mercedes E450: all functions are controlled from the left side of the steering wheel. Press the button with the cruise control icon; the gray indicator will appear on the instrument panel indicating that the system is ready. When traveling at the desired speed, press Set+ or Set- to set the current speed; adjust the speed by 1km at a time by lightly touching the sensitive button up or down; a firmer press will increase or decrease it by 5km; to adjust the distance from the vehicle in front of us there are 4 levels that can be adjusted from the car's dedicated button followed by bars. To temporarily suspend it, just press the brake or "cancel". with the "res" button you can resume the last set speed. At any time it is possible to accelerate to overtake, then the car returns to the set speed. The system is able to come to a complete stop if the traffic requires it; the lane change system allows you to change lanes automatically if the traffic in front of us is slow, after verifying that it is safe.
