To turn off the service light on the 2025 Mercedes EQA (fully electric), you need to turn on the instrument cluster and navigate to the odometer screen, ensuring the total mileage is displayed. Press and hold the "home" button for 10 seconds, then press and hold the "key" button (the one with the key icon) for 10 seconds. At this point, the service screen "assyst plus" will appear: if you enter this menu for the first time, it may not show anything, so press "back", turn off and restart the instrument cluster, and re-enter "assyst plus". Now the service data should appear. Select "confirm service": the system will ask for confirmation stating that "it cannot be undone"; confirm, and the service light will reset. This operation is completed entirely with the physical buttons.
