Removing Door Panel on Mercedes SL

Model: Mercedes Classe S MK 2, W126 - Years 1979-1994

Remove the damaged door panel? Let's see how to take it off from the top of a Mercedes SL door. Use a screwdriver to remove the screws located under the handle on the door panel, then remove the screws around the perimeter of the door panel (on the left side of the door). Disconnect the cover at the back of the mirror. Use a lever to detach the clips on the panel, grasp the panel with your hands, and pry it off the door. Install a new cover panel on the door, then tighten the screws after securing the metal cover on the side and behind the mirror.

How to Open a Stuck Boot on the Peugeot 407?
