Let’s see how to disassemble the remote of a Mercedes and how to change the battery. Take your ignition remote and extract the metal key. Once the metal key is removed, insert it into the key until you unlock the battery cover. Use a small screwdriver to extract the worn battery and take a new one of the same size and voltage to avoid issues. Install the new battery, then secure the cover back onto the remote by pressing down until you hear it click into place. Check if the Mercedes remote works perfectly.
