How to Reset the Service Light on a Mercedes G-Class

When your Mercedes G-Class requests a service, do not ignore it. It asks for your safety and that of others. After the service has been properly performed, you can proceed to reset the service light: start by closing all four doors, then turn on the ignition. Press and hold the call button and the "OK" button: the service menu will appear. Use the right button to scroll through the menu on the screen. Confirm with OK, go to "Assyst Plus," then "full service," scroll down to "conf. Full service," confirm with "Yes," and go to "confirm." At that point, keep going back until you return to the mileage. Turn off the ignition. Turn it back on. The light has been reset.
