In order to reset the Service indicator light on the Mercedes E-Class, you need to turn on the instrument cluster by pressing the appropriate button located to the right of the steering wheel. Once the cluster is turned on, you can navigate through the menu using the controls on the steering wheel until you select the "Service" option. Then, you should select the "ASSYST PLUS" option and subsequently choose the reset to perform. Once the procedure is completed, you can return to the initial screen to verify that the indicator light has been reset.
