Get the new gear knob suitable for the car in question. Subsequently, as a first step, unhook the gear lever cover by pulling it upwards, but first pressing on the upper side with your two thumbs and then gently lifting it completely. Unhook the knob sealing ring screw from the gear lever located under the knob itself and remove it from its seat. Reassemble the new knob by pressing it firmly on the lever and positioning it in the right position. Re-attach the screw and carefully reposition the cover making sure that the gearbox is free in its movements.
