Resetting the service light on a Mini Cooper

Model: Mini Mini R56, R55, R57 - Years 2007-2014

The video shows how to reset the service light on a Mini Cooper. It is a very simple operation that can be done entirely independently and takes a couple of minutes. With the key turned to the first click (only the dashboard is on), press the button at the end of the indicator stalk until SET/INFO appears on the display. Hold the same button to enter the settings, then select CHECK-INFO, SERVICE-INFO, and finally RESET. Keep holding the same button until a tick appears next to RESET. At this point, turn off the ignition and start the vehicle to check that the reset was successful.
