To change the engine oil on a Moto Guzzi V7 Racer, you need to loosen the plug located in the centre of the oil sump, which is positioned at the front lower part of the bike. Once this is removed, collect all the oil in a suitably placed container until it has completely drained. When the oil has drained, you can top it up by adding the necessary amount of oil through the breather located on the designated cover on the left side of the bike.
