We see in this video the instructions to be able to disassemble the rear swinging arm on a Mv Agusta F4 750, following the instructions below. First we place the rear stand on our bike; then we are going to remove the rear wheel, removing the stop with a pointed pliers and unscrewing the central bolt of the wheel with a socket wrench. At this point we can go and unscrew all the screws of the swinging arm, also disconnecting the rear suspension; it is recommended to pay particular attention to the assembly of the swing arm, following the video to the end!

How to change the engine oil of Suzuki RM-Z450?

In order to replace the engine oil of the Suzuki RM-Z450 you have to loosen the screws that secure the skid plate positioned in the lower part of the bike; once this has been removed, it will be possible to go and unscrew the oil drain plug located in the part previously covered by the plate. Therefore all the used oil must be collected in a suitably positioned container; when all the oil has run out, the oil filter can be removed and replaced. Then you will have to top up by inserting the new oil from the vent on the crankcase on the left of the bike.
