Let's see how to reset the service light on an Opel/Vauxhall Corsa F: turn on the ignition, and hold down the "set/CLR" button located on the left side of the steering column. While holding down this button, turn off and then immediately turn back on the ignition; continue to hold down the button, and you will see a countdown from 10 to 0 on the display. When the countdown reaches zero, you can finally release the button and turn off the ignition. To verify, restart the instrument panel to check that the light has actually turned off.
