How to Replace the Remote Control Battery on a Peugeot

To open the shell of your vehicle's remote control, you will need a flathead screwdriver to insert into the gap between the two halves of the key. This will allow you to slightly separate them and then open it completely by hand. You will now have access to the key's control circuit on one side and the battery on the other. Remove the exhausted battery and install the new one in the correct orientation. Finally, retrace the steps described for reassembling the various components.
